Elixabete Perez Gaztelu

Elixabete Perez Gaztelu (born 1961) is a Basque linguist, professor and research director. She holds a doctorate in Basque Philology from the University of Deusto, and is a professor at that university and the director of the Institute of Basque Affairs.
